Free Cataract Surgery in commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar, in collaboration with Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) and the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (PERDAMI) DKI Jakarta, held a cataract surgery social service event in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps at Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital, Kelapa Dua, Depok. On November 4-5, 2025.

This program was supported by 10 Ophthalmologists from PERDAMI DKI Jakarta and the Medical Team from Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital. Participants in the cataract surgery social service program came from Tasikmalaya, Bogor, Ciawi, Cilengsi, Cibubur, Mekarsari, Limo, Banten, Garut, and Bekasi. A total of 49 eyes were successfully operated on.

This cataract surgery social service activity was attended by Police Commissioner Dr. Bambang Wiji Asmoro, M. Han., as Head of the Health Division of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps (KORBRIMOB POLRI), and Mrs. Dewi Yudho Miranti, as General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at SCM.
