Iftar and Distribution of Food Packages in Yogyakarta

After Balikpapan, Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar also held an iftar and food distribution at the SCTV Indosiar Transmission Station in Yogyakarta, precisely in Salaran Hamlet, Ngoro-Oro Village, Patuk District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region on March 29, 2024.

YPP distributed food packages and iftar meals to 100 residents around the SCTV Indosiar Transmission Station.

100 food packages consisted of:

• 5 kg of rice
• 1 kg of Granulated Sugar 
• 1 kg of Flour
• 1 liter Cooking Oil 
• 250 ml of Sweet Soy Sauce
• 25 Sariwangi Tea Bags

The event was attended by the President Director of Indosiar and Executive Chairman of Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV Indosiar, Imam Sudjarwo. In addition to a symbolic handover of the food packages to local residents, he also handed over food packages directly to the residents' homes. One of them was Anggita (29), a trash collector from Salaran Hamlet, Ngoro-oro Village, Pathuk Subdistrict, Gunung Kidul Regency.

The Executive Chairman hopes that the SCTV Indosiar viewers' contributions to this activity can benefit the community around the SCTV Indosiar transmission.
