Inauguration of the Bridge of Hope in Garut

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar inaugurated the ASA SCTV Bridge in Depok Village, Pakenjeng District, Garut Regency on February 7, 2025.

This 1.2 x 70 m suspension bridge connects Depok Village and Tegal Gede Village, which is very beneficial for the mobility of residents in terms of social, economic, education and health. The construction of the ASA SCTV Bridge in Garut Regency was made possible by the donations, spirit of cooperation and mutual cooperation of the Indonesian people who are SCTV viewers through YPP in collaboration with the Yayasan Relawan Kampung Indonesia (YRKI).

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Banardi Rachmad - Deputy Director Programming SCTV, Mr. Doni Arianto - SVP PSRD SCTV, Ms. Dewi Yudho Miranti - GM CSR SCM and Chairman of YPP, Mr. Arif Kirdiat - Chairman of YRKI, Representative of Pakenjeng Sub-district and Mr. Abin - Head of Depok Village.

In addition to the bridge inauguration, 300 food packages were also distributed to residents of Depok and Tegal Gede Villages, consisting of:

• 5 kg Rice
• 1 kg Granulated Sugar
• 1 kg Wheat Flour
• 1 liter Cooking Oil
• 500 ml Sweet Soy Sauce
• Tea bags of 25
• 3 packs of Intsant noodles
