Planting 1000 Tree Seedlings at Karangmalang Beach, Kendal.

On May 12, 2024, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV Indosiar together with Lindungi Hutan Foundation held an activity to plant 1000 tree seedlings on the coast of Karangmalang Beach, Kendal, Central Java. The activity of planting 1000 tree seedlings aims to overcome abrasion in the environment around the coast considering that around the coast of Karangmalang Beach there are many residential areas while also rejuvenating the environment.

The planting was attended by the Chairman of YPP, Mr. Imam Sudjarwo. He said that planting and reforestation activities like this are needed by the people of Pidodo Kulon Village to avoid abrasion. In addition, this activity was also attended by local community leaders, students, environmentalists and local security personnel who looked very enthusiastic when planting 1000 sea pine tree seedlings on the Karang Malang coast.

The activity of planting 1000 tree seedlings is expected to prevent abrasion problems that occur in the coastal area of Karangmalang Beach.
