SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim Program Distributes Viewers' Donations to 162 Orphanages/Foundations/Institutes

SCM CSR Director, Mr. Imam Sudjarwo, who is also the chairman of YPP, handed over the donation from SCTV Love Orphans program on June 1, 2019 to Arohman Orphanage, Jl. Kaliurang km 9.2, No. 48 Ngaglik, Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. On this occasion, food was also distributed to break the fast and Mr. Imam Sudjarwo personally gave gifts of Eid clothes for the children at the orphanage.

The SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim fundraising activity held during the month of Ramadan has managed to collect donations of around 1.6 billion. The donation will be given @ Rp 10 million to around 162 orphanage organizations/foundations/ boarding schools that foster orphans spread throughout Indonesia. The SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim program was initiated by SCTV's Programming Division and Programming Communications Division as a form of SCTV's concern in the month of Ramadan for orphans.

The selection of orphanages/foundations/ boarding schools that foster orphans is done independently by the SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim team and without registration. So that many of the administrators or caregivers of the orphanages/foundations/ boarding schools were surprised when they received notification of the delivery of the donation from the SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim team.
