YPP and Indosiar Host 'Indosiar Untuk Mimpi Indonesia Program' in 23 Border Adjacent Locations, from Volleyball Courts to Restroom Constructions

As part of Indosiar's 23rd Anniversary, Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) and Indosiar organized the IUMI (Indosiar Untuk Mimpi Indonesia) program in collaboration with the Indonesian National Army to realize the dreams of residents at 23 locations. Of the entire target that has been realized as many as 9 point locations in the border region. In Entikong, Sanggau District, which borders Serawak, Malaysia, we collaborated with Kodam XII Tanjung Pura, Kodim 1204/Sanggau and Korem 121 ABW to renovate the Volleyball Court of SDN 08 Nekan and the Meeting Hall of Dusun Lomur 2 in Sanggau, Entikong. At this location we also provided free health services, distribution of 1,000 food packages and an entertainment stage featuring Bintang Pantura IV artists.

To support the free healthcare service, 20 doctors, 10 nurses and 5 pharmacists from the Army were deployed at Kenaman Football Field, Sekayam District and managed to treat 1300 general and dental patients, as well as 78 circumcision patients. This mass medical activity is very meaningful for the people of Sanggau considering the distance of adequate health services from the population.

In another location, in Linggi Village, Simeuleu District, Aceh, near the border with Malaysia and Thailand, YPAPK and Indosiar collaborated with Dispotmar and the Navy to renovate the mosque and restrooms at Darulaitami Islamic boarding school in Linggi Village, Simeuleu District, Aceh. While in Sabang, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) we renovated the Buddhist Dharma Monastery, Siradjul Munir Mosque and its restrooms, restrooms and water tanks of Babul Ibad Mosque. Another activity we also organized was located on Miangas Island which borders the Philippines, we carried out renovations to the Village Hall, repaired water reservoirs and repaired 5-door toilets.
