Anti-Bullying Education at Bhaktyarsa Maumere Catholic Elementary School

Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation and Bank BTN conducted the "Anti-Bullying Education" program on November 28, 2023 at Bhaktyarsa Catholic Elementary School, Maumere, East Nusa Tenggara.

A total of 650 elementary school students from 1st grade to 6th grade took part in this educational activity led by Resha Rashtrapatiji, a storyteller and literacy activist known for adopting the concept of Edutainment (education and entertainment) in his teaching.

He discussed the topic of bullying, from its meaning down to the different types of bullying and how to prevent them. Through these lessons, Anti-Bullying Education aims to create a safer learning environment free from bullying.

Head of BTN Maumere Sub Branch, Dewa Gede Pertama Putra, showed support for the program as BTN Bank Representative with his presence throughout the event led by  Resha.

Head of Bhaktyarsa Catholic Elementary School, Sr. Yuliana Nina, S.Sp.S., S.Pd.SD. expressed her gratitude for YPP and BTN’s initiative in holding the Anti-Bullying Education program, as it is in line with Bhaktyarsa Catholic Elementary School’s goal to eradicate bullying from its learning environment.
