The Importance of Legal Permission in Raising Donations: YPP's Commitment to Comply with Ministry of Social Affairs Regulations

In Indonesia, raising donations for social, humanitarian or disaster relief purposes must be done in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Based on Government Regulations, every institution that wants to raise donations from the public is required to obtain a license from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This license must be submitted every three months to ensure transparency and accountability in the process of collecting and distributing donations.
